Fire alarms wired or wireless

Conventional panels

Designed for use on smaller retail or commercial buildings, conventional panels are easy to install, use and maintain and are ideal if budget is important. We have a number of models to suit the scale and complexity of your building and because a large range of branded detectors are available, customers can choose based on budget, quality and system requirements.

Intelligent addressable systems

The most popular solution on the market place, intelligent addressable systems are suitable for any project and site size. The system uses panels to recognise specific devices, making locating the exact origin of the source simple. Addressable systems can be easily integrated with other control systems so advanced cause and effect can be established.

Hybrid detection systems

A hybrid detection system seamlessly integrates wired and wireless devices with industry standard control equipment. A cost effective solution hybrid systems have become the product of choice for many blue chip clients in many sectors of industry and commerce.

Wireless detection systems

Wireless detection systems require no cables to install - each device is mounted on a panel on the wall - making them a cost-effective means of fire detection. Wireless systems can also offer security and voice evacuation, asset protection and BMS systems as part of a fully integrated, wire-free networked system for your premises.

Air sampling systems

Air sampling or aspiration systems are more sensitive than standard analogue or conventional smoke detection alarm systems and provide the earliest possible warning of fire.

Air sampling systems are ideal for areas of high security, or areas that are relatively unused and secure on a day-to-day basis, for example, museums or art galleries. Usually the system is installed in these sensitive areas and integrated into a wider analogue fire panel using an interface.

We recommend using VESDA panels as they are market leaders in this field, have an excellent reputation and manufacture a range of models to suit a range of needs. We can however work with an alternative system if you prefer.

CCTV

Closed-circuit television is essential to property, data and personnel security. A good CCTV system will have enough cameras to cover the entire building, a hard drive to store any recordings on and a monitor to display the live feeds or playback. If you’d like a camera with motion capability, a special keyboard with camera feed switch functions, recording settings and a joystick to turn the cameras is also required. In addition, certain cameras also feature a night vision and a zoom function.

Access control

Access control for commercial buildings is essential in this day and age, and is a popular service amongst our clients. The level of access control can be scaled from a basic access system at the building entrance, such as an intercom with a door access button, to a more complex system which features a variety of access permissions and levels. Again all of this can be set up as a standalone function or integrated into a wider control system for your building.
